24 Snatches (95/55, Rx+ 115/65)

400m Run

18 OHS (95/55, Rx+ 115/65)

200m Run

12 Thrusters (95/55, Rx+ 115/65)

*For the 600m run, just run the 200m loop 3 times. No need to touch black mat after 400m
