Odd Object Training:

2 Yoke Carries (choose weight)

4 Sled Push (choose weight)

Mess around with the heavy slam balls and perform atlas throws

*Take turns and rotate through class in 20 min

Strength:

No time workout for today, just get in your reps

5 Large supersets

  • 5 Front Squats (choose weight)
  • 5 weighted pull-ups (choose weight)
  • 5 weighted ring dips (choose weight)

Cool Down:

Foam Roll/Stretch
