Strength:

Overhead Squat

Warmup - no tempo

6-6-6 @ 30, 40, 50%

Work sets - Tempo 12X2

3-3-3-3-3 @ 60%

Pace Conditioning:

4 Rounds of 400m Run

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

**Goal is to finish EVERY round within 2 seconds of each other. Its all about pacing! Athletes can round up their 2 min rest and start next run at the top of the next minute to keep more accurate time.
