Separate class into 4 groups, evenly numbered.
Group A - Run 400m together
While group a runs the other groups do the following:
Group B - Max rep Burpee Box Jump
Group C - Max rep weighted situp (20/16)
Group D - Max rep American KB Swing (53/35)
When Group A returns from run all groups rotate stations, rotate through all stations for 2 total rounds.
Scoring: add up the total amount of reps completed and divide by the number of people in class. Then subtract that number (in seconds) from the total time it took to complete entire WOD.
