Walk on hands and scaling variations

MetCon:

15 HSPU (Scale strict press)

20 Thruster (95/65)

15 HSPU

Optional Strength Accessory:

Inverse Row - 4 sets of 10, add weight if possible (chains)

(place barbell in rack about mid-waist height, from under the bar pull yourself up to it)
