Novice/Beginners superset the following

  • DB Row 8-8-8
  • Ring Row 8-8-8
  • Band Lat pulldown 8-8-8
  • Finish with 10 reps slow descent negatives

MetCon:

AMRAP 15:

3 C&J (165/125 for RX, or ~75% of your 1RM)

7 Burpee

7 CTB Pull-up (Scale to most difficult pull-up variation for you)

6 C&J

7 Burpee

7 CTB Pull-up

9 C&J

7 Burpee

7 CTB Pull-up

and so on...adding 3 to the C&J each round until the 15 min expires.
