For those working on pull-ups do the following as a superset

  • DB Row 8-8-8
  • Ring Row 8-8-8
  • Band Lat pulldown 8-8-8
  • Finish with 5 reps of slow descent negatives

Min 1: Run to the fence and back (100m)

Min 2: 12 Push-ups

Min 3: 12 Alternating DB Snatch
