1.  Front Squat Strength Work

  •      5 rounds of 3 reps; on first rep hold a 3 second pause at the bottom then complete second two without  pause but in control.
  •      2 minute rest between rounds

     Pull-Ups (rx+= Chest-to-Bar or Muscle-Ups)
