Spend 5-8 minutes warming up Overhead Squats

20 KBS, Russian (53/35)

12 OHS (95/65)

6 Ring Dips (Scale: use bands, or most difficult variation for you)

-Rest 5 Minutes then immediately into next WOD

 

Stamina Builder:

EMOM 3: 15 Wall Balls (20/14)

  • Rest 3 Minutes

**Rx+ 20 Wall Ball for both EMOMs
