1 Mile Run together as a team
42 KB Swings (53/35)
42 Goblet Squats (53/35)
800 Meter Run together as a team
30 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Goblet Squats (53/35)
400 Meter Run together as a team
18 KB Swings (53/35)
18 Goblet Squats (53/35)

*30 min time cap. split KB swings and squats with partner however you want. Run must be completed together.

Barbell Conditioning
EMOMx 9:
3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks

*Pick a weight AHAP and stick with it entire 9 minutes
