Split Jerk

Work on positioning, light but increasing weight.  Work to heavy 1-1-1; then finish on a 2-rep heavy set

MET CON:  For time

30 Power Cleans (155/105)(135/95)(115/75)

20 Wall Balls each time bar is placed on floor
