Today's WOD is the benchmark girl "Nancy", we won't have enough time for the WOD AND the strength portion. So each athlete has a choice, warm-up well and tackle "Nancy" or depending on how you are feeling you can work only on the prescribe strength movements listed below. Pick your poison :)
