Strength:

  • Front Squat 5-5-5-5
  • DB Bent-over Rows 5-5-5-5

This will be performed as a superset, complete the front squat reps and then immediately go to the DB row reps. Rest as needed between sets. Make sure to properly warm up your squat and final weight should be around 75% of 1RM for the 4 work sets of 5 reps.
