Diet Challenge WOD #1

Conditioning

AMRAP 13:
15 Deadlifts (135/115# Rx+ -- for those not in diet challenge)
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Front Squats
6 Push Jerks
3 Thrusters

If in diet competition the weights will be different, Rx is 115/75 and scaled is 95/55,  a modifier will be applied for those that scale.
