Partner WOD!

5 minute to complete:

50 cal Row

50 Slam Ball Cleans (80/50)

50 Box Jumps

1 partner working while 1 partner holds the slam ball on their shoulder. Working partner stops when the held pose fails.

- 5 min break -

8 minutes to complete:

80 Box Jumps

80 cal Row

1 partner works while 1 partner holds the top of a deadlift 225/155. Working partner stops when deadlift bar is dropped. 

If you complete the above reps in the given time then you perform as many double unders as possible with only 1 person working at a time until the clock runs out.
