  • 1 minute: AMRAP Reverse Cindy (15 Squats, 10 Pushups, 5 Pull-ups)
  • 1 minute: Max Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
  • 1 minute: AMRAP Reverse Cindy
  • 1 minute: Rest

How to score If Scaling!

For Cindy - Scaled is ring rows (with feet at the rings) and knee pushups - all reps are multipliedby 0.66

for C&J points per rep will be awarded as followed for diet comp. 135/95 = 4 points. 115/75 = 2 points. 95/55 = 1 point.
