Back Squat

1x5 @ 85% of 5RM

1x5 @ 90% of 5RM

1x5+ @ 95% of 5RM*

*On final set perform at minimum 5 reps and keep going to complete as many reps as possible.

Met Con:

"Nancy" - 20' Time Cap

5 RFT

400 meter run

15 Overhead Squats (95/65)

 

Suggested Scaling Options:

3 RFT and/or lower OHS weight accordingly, ideal finish time is around 15 minutes.
