We are beginning the Wendler Strength cycle for the next 8 weeks.

You will establish a 5 rep max Deadlift, Press, and Back Squat this week.  After 6 weeks, we will retest to track your new PR's.

This week your 5 rep max must be 5 good reps, not failing on the fifth. If the 5th rep fails or form falls apart do not use that weight as your 5 rep max.

Also, today our Nutrition challenge starts! 

Strength:

Deadlift 5-5-5

Establish 5 rep max for cycle.

Then Benchmarks for challenge are:

Cindy

20' AMRAP

5 pullup (Scale: Ring row)

10 pushup (Scale: From Knees)

15 squats
