Strength:

Squat 5-3-1+ at 85%, 95%, 105% of 5RM.

Met Con:

EMOM 15 min

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Front Squat

Do NOT drop the bar through all three lifts

Rx=155/105 for the entire wod. If you need to start lighter and add weight then it is scaled but don’t take weight off the bar once you have started.
