Back on track for getting the workouts posted each night. I apologize for the past few days. 

EMOM 20 Minutes:

1 Deadlift

*start at 65% and increase weight each minute.

"Flight Simulator"


10 Minutes to try and complete

5 unbroken double unders
10 unbroken double unders
15 unbroken double unders
20 unbroken double unders
25 unbroken double unders
30 unbroken double unders
25 unbroken double unders
20 unbroken double unders
15 unbroken double unders
10 unbroken double unders
5 unbroken double unders

You must stop between sets. If you fail at any point go back to the beginning.

*If you cannot do D.U. you must attempt at least 1 each set before scaling to 3x single-unders.
