Strength: Front Squat

  • Advanced – 5x2 @ 85-90

  • Beginner/Intermediate

    – 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (start at 80% )

    WOD: EMOM 12 minutes

  • Even minutes – 6 - 8ct. Bodybuilders w/6” jump each rep

  • Odd Minutes – 3 Deadlift @ 80% 1RM

    Finisher: 50 Sit-ups or 30 Knees to Elbow
