Teams of 3:

2 rounds of:
Row 500m
40 Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
Person one starts on the rower, when finished with 500m he moves on to squats while person 2 starts his row and son on. You cannot start the next exercise until the person in front of you has completed it and moved on.

-then once each teammate has completed 2 rounds-

Run 800m

Time stops when all teammates have completed the run.
