Strength/Skill: Clean and Jerk

Advanced – 6 sets of 2 Squat Cleans + 1 Jerks (split or power)

Intermediate – 6 sets of 2 C&J

Beginner – Skill work with light/empty barbell

WOD: 5 – 90 second rounds with 2 minute rest between: 200m Sprint
Max rep Push Press

Advanced – 115/75

Intermediate – 75/55

Beginner – 45/35

With clock set for 90 sec – sprint 200m, then with remaining time complete as many push press as possible; rest for 2 minutes then repeat 5 times. Bar starts on the ground.
