Strength/Skill:

Adv: 1 rope climb every minute for 5 minutes, then starting with 3 pull-ups and 3 KTE, continue every minute adding 1 rep of each every minute for as long as you can.

Int: Death by Pull-ups (strict) and KTE - 1 pull-up and 1 KTE the first minute, 2 pull-ups and 2 KTE the second minute...continue adding 1 rep of each every minute for as long as you can.

Beg: Death by Pull-ups and KTE (modify as needed)
