WOD:
Lurong Challenge Benchmark #3

This is an 11 minute AMRAP triplet in which the reps increase each round by 3, starting at 3 reps the first round. The movements are:

Wall Ball
Box Jump
Deadlift

*Those participating in  the challenge, and doing the workout at Level 1 will do medicine ball cleans instead of wall balls. Those who are not doing the challenge will have the choice of wall balls or med. ball cleans.
