WOD: In teams of 3 - 25 minutes total

As a team complete 150 KB swings, 300 sit-ups and run and row as many meters in 25 minutes as possible - 1 person is rowing, 1 person is running and 1 person doing KB swings and/or sit-ups. Switch out whenever you want/need. Once all KB swings and sit-ups are complete only 2 people working (1 rowing/1 running) and 1 person resting.
