WOD: Everyone
For time:

Run 3500m
200 Sit-ups
*Partition the run and sit-ups as needed. Runs break into 250m runs, 500m runs or 1000m runs or a combination of the 3 to complete the 3500m total. We are shooting for continuous movement on this one, no walking, no stopping is the goal.*

250m = Garage door - 1 large lap
500m = Garage door and 2 large laps
1000m = Garage door - 2 large laps back to garage door and repeat
