Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WOD: For Time

50 reps of: 1 Pistol right leg, 1 Pistol left leg, 1 burpee

-then-

50 Pull-ups (Adv. - CTB) 

Complete all 50 reps of the pistol/burpee complex before completing the pull- ups. Scale the pistols to whichever progression necessary but challenge yourself to move quickly through each rep of the complex.
