If you don't let go of your inhibitions and try new things regularly, you just aren't living life like you should...In my opinion. The slack ladder had Josh showing off some new dance moves during the CFB Summer League bonus challenge Friday night.

Every 30 sec for 8 minutes:
Power Clean
-then-
In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of box jumps
1 minute of SDHP
2 minutes of box jumps
2 minutes SDHP
3 minutes box jumps
3 minutes of SDHP*
We will go over and practice the SDHP*
Do not worry about the weight you use, keep it at a load you can practice working from core to extremity (i.e. no early arm bend /pull)

15-20 minutes Individual Mobility/Flexibility work
