Lateral Jump over bar**
*Choose a load that you are able to complete the first set of 21 unbroken. Your goal is to minimize the number of sets you have to break each round into.
**For the lateral jumps over the bar, you will take off on two feet and land on two feet for each rep. Each time you jump over the bar, count 1 rep. Don't cheat yourself by side stepping over.
