Skill: 15 minutes of Clean technique work - Focus on improving technique not on maxing or going heavy.

WOD:

In teams of 2 or 3
AMRAP 25 minutes:
Run or Row 250m
15 Wall Ball (20/14)
15 Sit-ups
15 Box Jumps (step down)

Teams can divide the exercises and reps in any manner to complete each round. All 4 exercises must be completed before beginning a new round.
