Bring-A-Friend Friday

With a Partner (or alone if you choose). For time, in any order. You come up with the winning strategy for you and your partner:

Row 1500m

Run 1000m

75 Ball slams

50 Mt. Climbers (2ct.)

25 Burpees

Partners stay together throughout the entire workout. Only one person running or rowing at a time. Other exercises can be done simultaneously but both partners have to be working on the same exercise.
