Spend 15 minutes working technique and working up to a heavy Thruster.

WOD:

"Kalsu" (from CrossFit Football)
100 Thrusters for time (135/95)
Every minute on the minute stop and perform 5 burpees. Continue until you reach 100 Thrusters.
