60 Burpees (RX+ Bar Facing Burpees)
50 Lunges (RX+ Overhead with plate 45/25)
40 Sit-ups (RX+ Knees to Elbows)
30 Double-Unders (RX+ 15 Triple-unders)
20 Pull-ups
10 Candle-sticks
