WOD:

Death by Man on Fire Burpees (starting at 3):

With a continuously running clock do 3 Man on Fire Burpees the first minute. 4 Man on Fire Burpees the 2nd minute and so on adding 1 each minute until you are unable to complete the required # of reps within the minute. Everyone will go at least 10 minutes. If you fail before the 10 minute mark, take the next minute off and try again at the top of the following minute.
