30 Cleans (115# or 45% of heaviest clean from skill work)
30 L-Pull-ups

25 minute time cap.

*As always we will have some scaled options for those who are still working on pull-ups. There is no kipping an L-pull-up, so there will be no kipping in the scaling progressions. Let’s get strong!
