In teams of 2-3

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Relay run the first mile breaking it up between partners however you want. Once the first mile is complete break the pull-ups, push-ups and squats however you want as long as only one person is working on any one exercise at a time. For example if partner A is doing pull-ups, partner B must be doing squats or push-ups. Break up the second mile however you want with only one partner running at a time.
