For a couple of weeks we will be following CrossFit.com workouts, starting with their post from January 27th, with a little of our own skill and strength work added in . Why are we doing this? Why not? CrossFit.com posts a variety of workouts that are both fun and challenging. This is original CrossFit. This is how Shelby and I started back in late 2007. It is good to go back to our roots ever so often. Each day I will post a link to the original CrossFit.com posting so you can read through the hundreds of comments from people all over the world who follow the workouts and post their times. See how you stack up to others and while you are their take some time to read through CrossFit.com and all of the valuable information they have on the site.

Skill/Strength: With only 10 minutes on the clock find your heaviest 1 rep Push Press for the day – If you are logging your workouts and tracking your performance you should already have a good idea of what this weight should be. You have 10 minutes to complete, including having your weights and bars put away.

21 Hang Power Cleans
12 Thrusters
15 Hang Power Cleans

9 Hang Power Cleans

* 18 minute time cap. If you finish under 10 minutes you went too light!
