Adv/Int:
1x5 @ 40%
1x5 @ 50%
1x5 @ 60%

Beg: 3x5 – add 5# to last weeks weight and do all 3 of 5 working sets at this weight.

WOD: EMOM 10 minutes:

2 OHS
You choose the weight, adjust up or down, but each rep must reach full depth and finish with hips fully extended.

10 Sit-ups
15 Squats
