Beg: 3x5 – add 10-15# to last weeks weight and do all 3 of 5 working sets at this weight.

10 Front Squats

10 Push-ups

Adv: 135/95- Ring Push-ups

Int: 95/65 - CTG Push-ups

Beg: 65/45 or Goblet Squats - Modify push-ups if needed
