Strength/Skill: 15-20 minutes to make up lifting from Monday or Tuesday or work on a skill of your choice.
In teams of 3 accumulate as many KB Swings (Russian) and Med Ball Sit-ups as possible in 15 minutes. One person must always be rowing and teammates must rotate every 200m. Rower goes to Sit-ups, Sit-ups goes to KB Swings, KB Swings goes to rower.
Score = total of KB swings and sit-ups
