1.   Tire Flip (skill work) and rope climb skill work

2.  CLASS TEAM WOD

Complete the following as fast as possible:

Tire Flips 6 x number in class

Sit-ups 50 x number in class

Sled Sprints (1/2 BW) 3 x number in class

Rope climbs 2 x number in class

Row 1000m x number in class
