1.  Overhead Squat 5-3-1-1-1

2.  5 Rounds for Time:

      3 Overhead squats (85%)

      10 Burpees

*Scaled options:

Use an empty PVC or Empty Barbell for OHS-Scale burpees to 5

 

Performance:

1.  Snatch Balance + 2 OHS x 5 sets*

*increase weight each time

2.  5 Rounds for time

      3 OHS (135/85)

      10 Lateral jump burpees over the bar
