Strength:

Superset:

  • Front Squat 10-10-10 @ 65% of 1RM
  • Push-ups 20-20-20 or max each set (good form)

Superset this, complete the set of squats and then immediately complete the pushups.  Do 20 or whatever your max reps of pushups you can do without breaking form.

MetCon:

3 RFT

  • 20 Burpees
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 10 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
