100m Partner Carry, switch at 50m (or heavy KB/DB carry)*

25 HSPU

25 Front Squat (115/75)

 

*For the partner carry, please be careful. Start at the end of the ramp and with your partner around your shoulders (fireman carry) run to the cone setup outside. Once at the cone partners switch places and run back to the ramp.
