In 15 min time limit, establish max weight for following complex.

2 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Jerk

Min 1: Max rep Deadlift (115/75)

Min 2: Max rep Box Jump Over (20/16)

Min 3: Max rep Hang Power Clean

Min 4: Max rep CTG Push-ups

Min 5: Max rep Calorie Row

Min 6: Rest

 

If any movement is scaled those reps ONLY are multiplied by 0.66.
