50 Box Jump (24/20)

Level II

200 Single-Under

25 Knee-to-waist

25 Deadlift (155/85)

50 Box Jump (24/20)

*If entire chipper is completed before the 9 min then start over and continue. Level II takes total reps x 0.55 for score.

Strength:

Front Squat

Warmup sets, no tempo

10-8-6-2-2 @ 30, 35, 40, 50, 60%

Work sets, Tempo 2020

2-2-2-2 @ 80%

 

FYI - Thursday will be a heavy OHS day, plan appropriately if you want to try for a new Overhead squat PR.
