  • 50 Air Squats
  • 5 Squat Snatches (135/95)
  • 40 HRPU
  • 4 Squat Snatches
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 3 Squat Snatches
  • 20 CTB Pull-up
  • 2 Squat Snatches
  • 10 Deadlifts (135/95)
  • 1 Squat snatch

*Scale snatch accordingly, purpose of WOD is to work on receiving bar in full squat position.  However it is allowed to power snatch and then drop into a full OHS to finish the movement. 

**If not comfortable with snatch beginners can perform OHS out of rack.
