Partner WOD Friday!
With a partner complete the following for time:
- 75 Pull-ups while partner sits in bottom of squat hold
- 75 Front squat (95/65) while partner lay in hollow hold
- 75 Power Clean (95/65) while partner in active shoulder dead hang
- 75 Back Squat (95/65) while partner in bottom of pushup hold
- 6x200 Sprint (Partner A runs, B Rests, slap hands and switch every 200m)
