Now that our 10-week strength focused cycle is complete (and most everyone pr'd their lifts!!), it is time to switch it up to more traditional CrossFit style programming. Check out the Gym Blog tomorrow - I will give yo a run down on what to expect over the next couple of months. I'll let you in on a little secret now though - if you want to get the most out of CrossFit you cannot cherry pick the workouts you like and avoid your weaknesses. That and start working on what you are doing in the kitchen (check out Matt's Blog<click here> for some of what I am doing to improve my diet and tips to help you get started).

WOD:
8 x 400m Run
Rest 90 sec between rounds
Log all 8 times in your logbook - record your best time on the whiteboard
